Hello. I haven’t posted in a long time! I started this newsletter to facilitate sharing information about feelings with parents and others who are interested. Then, as I explained in the video, life took some surprising turns. They were positive ones, indeed; however, they also severely limited my free time and, therefore, my creative energy.
Two wrestling seasons (as a parent), three yoga training events, and a new business later, I am back. In this episode, I discuss four basic feelings I go over when working with parents and families in my private practice: Scared, sad, mad, and glad.
